Creek Side Landings

This place looked nice with a new playground and large dog park but after speaking with several different residents, they all seem to say the same things, ultimately planning to leave as soon as their lease expires. The major concern here is the unethical practices of new management. In the first year, were seeing 50% rent increases in a community that was full of young families whose main reason for relocating here was for an affordable home. One resident stressed that every month our children continue to say goodbye to another longtime friend but no more children seem to be moving in. Why renovate the playground if youre just going to price families out of living here? All of these homes (including the renovated) have old bones, everything is just a band-aid fix that happens again. One resident said that rather than replacing the lock on his patio door, they bend it in place every 2-3months. All of the tubs seem to leak, even in the renovated homes. The renovated homes have electrical issues but the circuit board is blocked by the shelf in the closet. Also, there is a major insect infestation everywhere on the property as several residents even have bees inside of their bathroom lights. Your not able to go to the dog park after 5pm during summer due or youll be covered in hundreds of mosquitoes in seconds. Ultimately, these homes were constructed to be affordable / valuable but are priced as luxury. At these prices, they arent worth your consideration. Go check out The Ledges which are priced similarly but are brand new construction, include washer/dryer, community pool & rarely ever need maintenance. If you cant have a dog somewhere, look into emotional support animal.

The new management company did a great job improving the property amenities as well as the newly renovated townhomes! I am a new recent new resident and the townhome has a spacious kitchen and bedrooms with ample closet space. Meghan and Kaylee have been super helpful in making sure the entire process is as easy as possible! Love it here!

Creekside has very quickly become our new home. We have felt more than welcomed and cared for since the minute we submitted an application! The new management team is friendly and communicative. They have done an excellent job of upgrading the complex with amenities and are still working diligently to make continuous improvements that both enhance the community and our day to day lives. If you are looking for a new place to call home dont hesitate to apply!

We moved in during covid times. We didnt get to see before we moved. Everything was as expected. Rooms were bigger than expected. Found one fan not working properly and it was addressed immediately. Definitely outdated with windows and Appliances but everything works and is clean, sound, and secure. Manager responds to emails in most cases in less than 15 minutes. Very professionally run. Eight month update. Everything has been great. So may kids for my kids to play with. Theyre outside every day till dark. But on the other side of that, I havent once been disturbed by noise from them playing. Its so big and open theres plenty of room to roam. Quick story, My fridge broke and I told them at 8 am. By noon someone had looked at it and by two I had a new fridge. Can anyone ask for better service?
