I recently completed a refinance with Sako and it was the easiest process I have completed in purchasing a home/refinance of the 5 times I have completed the process. He is extremely responsive to your questions through text or email and the online portal to upload documents is very easy to use. Using a bank you have to call and wait on hold to speak with someone - Sako gets back to you at all hours of the day in minutes. I would use him again without question and he got me a rate that was more than 1% less than my current lender and 2.5% less than my current mortgage. HIGHLY Recommend!!
