Carol Miller was really wonderful to work with. Originally, I wasnt totally sure that the reverse mortgage was something I wanted to take on but after speaking with her, I thought why wouldnt I? She explained everything so thoroughly, patiently, answered all questions I had and anticipated those I didnt ask. She was readily available throughout the entire process. I could sense after only speaking with her for a very short time that she really cared about me and those contemplating a reverse mortgage. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
