The Inn on Bellevue

Actual MOLD. I used to love this place but it's gone down hill to the point it's beyond reconciling. Today they gave my infant a pack in play with MOLD on it. Yes actual visible MOLD. It stunk so bad and had green mold caked to it. I politely brought it up to the manager and she goes "and..." Like what a my point. The lady I'm charged should be ashamed of herself and embarassed

Decent spot to stay. Rooms are outdated but the bathroom is newly renovated. Walls and doors are thin, can hear everything in the room next door and in the hallway. The service was very good. Everyone was accommodating. The location is phenomenal. Everything is within walking distance. We barely used the car. Overall the place did the job.

The rooms are old and outdated, which was fine (and expected), but the bed was SO uncomfortable. The mattress was so soft and caved in the middle like you wouldnt believe. Every time my husband and I laid down, we would both be squished in the middle of the bed. Otherwise, the breakfast was good. Service was fine. The location was good, walking distance to the downtown area.

When I arrived, an extremely rude young woman was at the deskI had to wait until she finished her endless phone conversation to be able to even speak to her, and not a word nor an apology when she decided to talk to me: she seemed so bored . Absolutely no help from her to carry the luggagenot even to carry my small bag In the room was very small: nowhere to hang clothes, the air conditioning extremely noisy, and a very soft bed Outpriced : 872$ for 3 nights The only positive things is tthe parking lot Not to mention that my room was not cleaned on Tuesday 4th ( it is not a motel but supposedly a European hotel) This problem was already mentioned by other customers and nothing has been done. very slow wifi No service no advice: why go to a hotel?, air B&B is better, and for the same price will have got at least twice the surface I will not recommend this hotel and never come back AVOID THIS PLACE
