I used the Notary Public services today, in and out within 2 minutes!! You can walk in (they always have a notary present during operating hours) or make an appointment online. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the store is clean and welcoming. I will definitely use this UPS store for any future shipping needs.

Finally was able to return a fold up bed I bought the wrong size of from Amazon. Meant to get a twin and got a queen. I went to Staples and CVS, neither of which would take it and Amazon wouldn't give me an option for those either. So, if you are in the same boat, come here and don't bother with the others.
Staff was friendly, service was super quick, and the place smelt and looked very clean.

Came into this location because I was in the area from Connecticut, and I was returning Frontier Communications, which is the worst internet provider ever. You get a text with a QR code UPS scans. I use it all the time in CT, but they must not see this often in Rhode Island because the worker first told me they don't take the QR code. I showed him the text, and it says go to UPS store. He asked another worker about it. He said they did it once before but didn't work. UPS store in Rhode Island is behind technology. Finally, they figured it out, and it worked. I was grateful because I have driven all the way to Rhody. Although the worker did ask me why I just didn't go to the one in Connecticut. Lol. The worker was pleasant and eventually figured it out. Good thing about the UPS store they package and label up the items. Got my receipt, and I was on my way.
