soooo lovely! I never write reviews but I needed to rave about this salon! all of the staff is very friendly and kim who did my set was so super nice and my nails came out gorgeous :)

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure 3 days in advanced. I show up to the appointment and all the tables were full. They tell me to wait in "massage chair 2" until someone is ready. They put me in a massage chair that didn't work and then completely ignored me. After 45 minutes I say to one of the ladies working I have been waiting for so long and I made this appointment days ago. She didn't even seem to care and just said to wait. After an hour, one girl finally opened up and started my nails. I couldn't even do my pedicure cause I no longer had time and had plans after this appointment. I said again this is crazy you have me wait 1 hour even though I had an appointment, and again they didn't really seem to care. She just said "we are busy". Ok? then why take all these other appointments if you do not have the time or space for them. Once my nails were done they were planning on charging me full price. I said since I had to wait so long and I had an appointment I should get a discount. They then only give me $5 off. Throughout this whole experience they only apologized to me once. This is typically my go to nail spot when I am at school but not anymore. Do not go here if you have other plans later that day.

So Ive been going to this nail salon for months I ignored all the bad reviews and still went, I was excited to see that they do pretty good nails. but unfortunately, the last time I went and got a pedicure, I was disgusted they gave me a wart on my toe. Now I have to go to the doctor. Im super upset. Please go to another salon there very unsanitary.
