She made sure that we had all of the information we needed, and enlisted experts to professionally assess concerns before submitting a contract. She provided local and trusted recommendations for our mortgage lender and settlement lawyer, and subsequently coordinated with the team to ensure that everything was in order with our aggressive four-week settlement timeline. Vanessa walked us through the professional inspection over FaceTime, and made sure that every issue identified was addressed to our satisfaction.
