This is in rebuttal to the Janice negative review. The owner of the condominium in question was very upset because she had An illegal b&b she was running which was against the rules and regulations of the association. She took it as a personal affront when we were only doing our job as property managers. Follow the rules and regulations we have to regulate and we wouldn't have to chastise.This is in response to Coastal not paying a contractors bill for three years. First of all, our clients, the condominium association, makes that determination, not the property manager. Second,if you had done the job as contracted,you would have been paid by that condominium association within thirty days. Don't do the job, you won't be paid.Many years in business and two complaints. Not bad.Call us and we will give you any customers and contractors who follow the rules, do their job, and like us.
