        What a great orchard! There are PLENTY of apple trees here and they have a whole map of all of the different varieties. All will have different time frames for ripeness but the grounds are beautiful and the trees are fruitful. There were apple grabbers and wagons available which made the trip even better. You will select your bag size and pay in the store front. They are super helpful and can tell you which apples are the best at that time. It was a great experience and it was very busy but there was so much space you couldn't tell.

        I've loved Rocky Brook ever since I was a kid but enjoy it even more now that I'm an adult. Best apples around, nicest and knowledgeable employees, and such a beautiful orchard! My kids love going there multiple times a season and love the fact they will cut a "twirly" apple before we leave! I'm also thrilled they have started selling reusable Peck sized bags! So nice to carry and better for the Earth. Definitely check them out!

      We're a family-run orchard located minutes from Newport, RI. Our friendly staff will help you to find your favorite varieties and discover new varieties too. Our trees are tagged with the variety name so you know what you are picking, and our unique color-coding spool system makes it easy to see what is ripe. In addition to over 60 types of apples, we also offer pears and quince throughout the season.
