Toms a pro with big returns in small spaces. The shape of the patio, the plantings, the fence/arbor design., he just gets it. Would happily and def will, use OConner again.

Tom (OConnor) turned my little Newport backyard into a party zone. He designed it and completed it in a very timely manner. He is extremely knowledgeable and left me very confident after he told me he had a vision. I wish I had a before picture. It came out better than I expected. Its not very often these days when you say that wasnt as bad as I expected about the cost but I was pleasantly surprised when the final cost was exactly the estimate. No surprises. It was a great overall experience.
