        Gold member. My wife stepped on broken glass as she was stepping into the pool. Cut herself and bled. We told Talianna at the front desk and she said the manager would be in touch the next morning, before our check out. Never got a call or email. I strongly advise folks to avoid this hotel and if visiting with kids ensure they dont go in the pool area. What also telling is that they have a customer satisfaction guarantee. I guess that injuries due to negligence dont count. Safety: Broken glass in pool area cut family member's foot. Told front desk, who said that people bring glass into pool area when they shouldnt and that they [front desk] "can't be everywhere at once." Their idea of apology?

        The rooms are run down and the bed was absolutely terrible which made for a terrible stay. I honestly believe for a hotel a bed can make or break a stay and this bed broke my stay and back. I think its time for an upgrade. When you see Hilton associated with a name you expect certain level of expectation. The lady at the front desk did let me change rooms, but it must be that all there beds are old and need an up grade because the room change didnt help. Rooms: Bed terrible Nearby activities: Close to everything which is a plus. So Ill change my review to 1 1/2 stars.
