Attempted to deposit sixty dollars into My friend's account only to be told by the Teller that they don't accept cash And that I need to be listed on the account? All of this after waiting thirty five minutes in line for the one Teller that they had on

Worst service i have ever had. They had me waited 45 minutes to tell me that I cant open an account for my daughter because she has to be with me. When they saw me came in without anyone and i told them that i want to open an account for my daughter they told me to wait 20 minutes and someone will assist me. Then 45 minutes came finally someone assisted me when we sat down thats when Linda told me that my daughter has to be there to sign some things.

I've been banking here almost 2-1/2 yrs and the entire team is fantastic. They are a true community bank and very kind hearted. I recently felt quite dizzy and they were incredibly kind and supportive, they found me a place to rest and brought me water. Truly the kindest bankers ever.
