These guys are great- They were friendly, very professional, scheduling was straightforward, price was competitive especially considering that they'll take things other services won't. They were respectful of a weird situation and of my property. I'm happy that I found K&M and will definitely rehire them as I continue to clean out a property. Thanks Mike!

Great company to work with! Hardworking, efficient, thoughtful, pleasant, polite, trust-worthy, understanding - no negatives. Easy to schedule and communicate with, and the price was less than I was expecting. I hired K & M to do the final cleanout of my parents' home of 53 years - the house I grew up in. It was a difficult chore for me, and the whole crew seemed quite sensitive to that. This wasn't really necessary - I wasn't that fragile - but it was touching and I appreciated their kindness. A nice group of people, and a much more pleasant experience than I was expecting - from start to finish. I give them my highest recommendation.
