Nathaniel’s Bistro

Where do I start on this one. Merriam-Webster states "Brunch - a meal usually taken late in the morning that combines a late breakfast and an early lunch" yet Nathaniel's definition seems to be that brunch is breakfast only. On top of that, the food was terrible. My omelet was very rubbery, the sausage links had an odd flavor, the chorizo in another omelet was cold and although probably pre-cooked it seems like it was just diced up and thrown in without cooking it first. There also was only one other table in the place when we arrived yet our food took forever to come out of the kitchen. This is one of the worst "brunch" experiences that I have had, so I will not be going back. Bring back the sushi restaurant that was here prior!

Went here for a birthday brunch with family, only three of us and we were their first brunch customers! It made us nervous initially and the staff were definitely still smoothing things out but were extremely helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond for us. The hash bowls and the eggs benedict were delicious, though the latter is a bit pricy for what you get on the plate (though it does come with a choice of side). The mimosas were beautifully served, and the coffee was pretty good! Would definitely come back for brunch again and as we havent come for lunch or dinner, we are definitely eager to try it out now!
