        Matt, Moses, Kirby are the best of the best. Personable, humorous, on target with strengthening and stretching to improve my physical fitness. Each trainer fits exercises in group class to how I feel that day, modifying for my occasional back soreness. Atmosphere is easy going, encouraging, fun!
