        Have been with these guys for many years (2007) and they have been pretty decent to deal with (haven't had to get their help for any claims recently - thank god), but as of recently their service when talking to them asking simple questions (for example - what coverage entails auto glass coverage/what scenarios it applies/send me a template so i can review to see if its even worth getting) they side step, and just transfer me endlessly to different departments. Thinking about leaving them as they've treated me quite poorly in such a simple request.
