        Matthew LeBeau has been exceptional since the first day of contact. He followed up, explained the plethora of options, had patience answering my many questions, sent reminders a day or two prior to my having to do my part in the process, made sure I had received all documents, and still checks in to make sure I dont have questions left unanswered. The daunting Medicare process was made simple and I feel confident I chose the best scenario for me thanks to Matthew LeBeau of Medicare Joes team.
