Joe responded to my inquiry asap with a quote for $99 on two synthetic area rugs. He was quick to schedule me for the next day which I greatly appreciated. I let him know one of the rugs was slightly bigger than I originally thought and it was no problem, he stuck by the original quote. He showed up right on time the next day. He lugged his equipment up two flights of stairs himself and got to work. Took about 30 min as he promised. The rugs looked and smelled 150% better - I got them second hand and werent in the best of shape. One had pet damage and dander (which I didnt know before buying it) and was generally really dirty. Even without the stain removal service, the rug was much brighter than Id received it. He gave me good advice on aftercare and maintenance for them. Hes a pro and was so pleasant and great to work with. Highly recommend. Service: Area rug cleaning
