When I found myself stuck on the highway with an unexpected tire blow out, I immediately told the tow truck company to take me to Lincoln Tire. I knew I would receive great quality & service of true professionals. Jimmy was able to replace my tires within a few hours and I was back on the road again the same day! I always have great service at Lincoln Tire and I recommend them to everyone.

I've been taking my vehicles to Lincoln Tire since it opened. Brian and company have been nothing but courteous and professional. Their prices are fair and at times much less than I would have expected. They are valued members of our community. My vehicle was getting to the point where it was going to cost me more to repair than it would to find another in better condition, that would suit my needs. They helped me with that, too. Lincoln Tire has earned more than my loyalty, over the years, they have earned my friendship, as well. Thanks for being you!

Just wanted to shout out my bad experience with Lincoln Tire and Auto, Lincoln, RI. I am well versed with auto mechanics and sub out most of that work these days. Did my auto repair business with New England Auto on Charles Street in North Providence for 25 years, now a Cumberland Farms. Then Automotive Services & Technology, 1208 Smithfield Avenue Lincoln for about 5 years (retired). I had an excellent relationship with both business. Both were excellent.
I was getting a coolant flush and replacement on my Toyota and wanted the Genuine Toyota Coolant.
Was told it would be $140 minus the coolant by Jim. Jim mentioned that they get the coolant at about $25 a gallon and that is how they packaged it. I supplied the Genuine Toyota Coolant. I was thinking $140 minus coolant ($60 to $70 ) for a final price of about $80. Shame on me for not asking what the final price would be if I supply the coolant. They charged me $120 ($60 for kit and $60 for labor plus tax). When I asked Jim why it this price (I was expecting about an $80 bill) Jim explained that is how the package works. Jim, you knew I was supplying the coolant. Why didnt you just say that this will cost you a lot more if you supply coolant. I would have made a different decision (do it myself). I was dumfounded that Jim did not explain this to me. I did follow up with the owner Brian. He had no interest in attempting to make any part of my experience right. I was not looking for much, but a gesture on the owners' part to come to a reconciliation on this issue would have been nice.
Lincoln Tire and Auto appears to me to be unscrupulous, who will nickel and dime you. Think twice before doing business with Lincoln Tire and Auto. I will not be going back.

Horrible people all the workers are un a miserable mood an gave me attitude also yhe service was no good the tire ended up leaking from the bead
