I needed a dumpster rental last minute for a new home purchase in CT. Called them first thing in the morning and they were the only company who were sure to come through for me on the same day and within a couple of hours. Customer service was amazing, from the very first call, to the drop off and pick up. Price point was fair, not expensive but not cheap, it was middle of the road. However, Worth every penny when you want fast, reliable, excellent service. I will be using them in the future and if anyone asks me if I know a company they will always be my number one referral. Thank you again!

Great company and dealing with Ted was amazing. We were with another disposal company for a six unit, and they were not holding up their end of the contract. Trash everywhere. Ted worked with us and straightened. everything out. Got us out our old contract and into this amazing company for almost half the price.

I switched to liberty today and can not be more pleased so far. The rep Ted was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get me a more than fair price and contract I was comfortable with. I signed the paperwork this morning and had my dumpster there an hour and a half later! After the driver left I realized he accidentally placed the dumpster in the wrong place so I called Ted and he came down personally within 30 minutes and moved it himself to the correct spot. This is my 3rd dumpster company in the 5 years ( my other two were unreliable ) I have had my business and have faith it will be my last !!

I had nothing but issue regarding delivery dates in which dumpster was not dropped off when promised it was 2-3 thus not being able to use over weekend 2 rentals this happen and charge me more for tonage on second one which was a lesser load I would sincerely stay away from this company also numerous phone calls they never get back to you Service: Junk removal
