Capital City Auto salvage is absolutely the worst place to deal with, The guy behind the counter is arrogant. He should be in the back dismantling cars instead of in the office dealing with customers.

The guy that works behind the counter that acts like he is the owner is very rude. I called before I left boston to tell them I was coming to pick up a part. 1 hour and some change later. I get here and the part has not been removed from the donor vehicle. So in order not to come back I have to wait. This guy tells me he's not the one who answered the phone. So I say, how many people do you have answering the phone That does not pass on the message that a customer is coming to retrieve a part. His response to his sister that was standing behind the counter with him was these customers always want to argue. I politely checked him then proceeded to wait on my part. The unprofessionalism is real here.

Ive been dealing with auto salvage for years I know capital city since they were behind the foxy ladies. How are these people still in business. The worst customer service ever they have never failed at that specially from the light skin Spanish guy who works behind the counter. Wouldnt be the first place to call looking for parts

They charge me for insurance quality light and it was really bad light when I got there
