A recent visit for new tires & front end alignment to the Johnston location proved excellent service, and professionalism. A minor problem with a broken lug nut was immediately communicated and handled properly. Shout out to Dan for reassuring me of my safety while driving when waiting for the replacement lug nut. All around pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely do not bring your car to this branch in Johnston. The tech admitted he was intentionally damaging my car, I tried to talk to the manager and was pretty angry which was a reasonable thing when you see your car being damaged. And was greeted with indifference to the situation and told to call support. They will intentionally damage your vehicle for fun. Dont trust the Johnston location to work on your car.

A great employee makes all the difference in your experience anywhere you go. Mike was so helpful and kind from the moment I called and all throughout my appointment. He made me feel 10x better about the unfortunate situation of getting a flat tire 30 minutes from home. Thanks so much, Mike! Youre the best :)
