Had an great experience working with Pete and cannot recommend him enough. Very comprehensive and explained everything thoroughly whenever I had questions. Had a few aches I had developed over the years that were causing plateus in multiple different sports. He was able to create a plan specific to myself and the activities I do. He gave plenty of feedback and adjusted accordingly if certain movements weren't working. I have worked with numerous PTs over the years and without a doubt Pete has been the best!

Peter has been absolutely amazing! He takes the time to listen & understand, then takes the time to explain and make sure you understand. His knowledge and skill with how to apply stretches, exercises, etc. and to make sure you are properly equipped with how to continue is second to none. When I was first referred to him around June 2023, I could hardly walk on my heel. With his help and guidance, I have several runs planned in 2024!

I had an awesome experience working with Peter on some systemic issues I was having with my knee and shoulder. Even with my relatively mild issues he was able to help me build some warm-ups and routines over the course of a short program that have resulted in a major improvement in the discomfort I was experiencing when working out and in day to day activities. He was very professional, flexible and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for anything from mild conditions and preventative work, to more complex and severe issues.
