        I am elderly and was having a great deal of problem with the online application. Kristin in the Johnston office went above and beyond to set me up with an upcoming appt. She should receive a commendation for her excellent service

        These people are a mess. They didnt apply my code from my insurance company for my free sessions after saying they would. They said I have only three free sessions, when we actually we have six through insurance. They had the schedule all messed up, then wanted to charge us $50 for trying to cancel, even though we never made that appointment. One lady in finance was incredibly rude and charged my card several days after my appointment for an appointment that should have been free in the first place through the employee assistance program. It just shouldnt be this complicated. The only thing here that they were right on is there was one missed appointment not canceled, our fault completely that we are being charged for. Therapy is supposed to help with stress not cause it.

Our application is comprised of a multi-modal service delivery model that utilizes various methods to best meet the needs of each client. We never charged you for the sessions except for the one missed appointment. All of our clinicians have a full schedule and we value every opportunity to provide care to those in need of our services. We have reached out to you multiple times leaving messages.
