        Extremely friendly and polite staff. Actual lifting areas, plenty of squat racks. Great atmosphere. People are there to workout, and it's clean.

        Good gym. Friendly & helpful staff. Been coming for a few weeks and Im using it for bodybuilding style workouts but they have everything for lifting heavy and athletic training too and also personal trainers if thats your thing. I trained at Ocean State Gym before it closed, this ones got similar equipment and environment. Locker room could use a renovation but whos really complaining. Good place whether you like to train hard or youre new to exercising. I recommend coming here if youre serious about lifting or starting a routine.
