        This place has gone beyond downhill especially because of their customer service. Employee was rude via drive through and couldnt provide basic service. Really disappointed.

      hi there I apologize if this indeed did happen. It's crazy because all we have is selections and customizable ingredients. We have 15 roasted flavors ( no sugar), 9 specials, and 20 flavor shots. That's 44 flavors to choose from before you even begin to customize. Every sandwich and every order is MADE TO ORDER and built with craftsmanship. Our staff is top notch, respectful and even at times paying for customers that are short in cash. No one ever has a perfect day and they always put their best foot forward.Would you please share the time you went in, what was ordered and if it was drive-thru or inside.
