Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Can't ever get anyone to answer the phone at this branch, the 800 number provided is out of service and there's a problem with my mortgage that I can't get addressed mortgagemmortgageaswithmortgage that I can't get addressed

Always one teller on. I'm a business customer and was ignored standing in the business line. Why have a business only line if your not going to use it. Another time they shorted me money back. So always count your money as you should anyway.

Bofa in general is one of the more greedy banksthey require $1500 balance to avoid feesI only opened the bank account bc its almost impossible to pay a bofa credit card from a non-bofa bankidk why people put up with their nonsense

Felt rush while visiting the location because they were closing at 5 arrived at 4:30 and I don't have an appt but when I called they said I didn't need one . Went to show proof of identification because I open an account online and waisted my time the gentleman said the acct was all set and will be open on 15 min and that was wrong . I called customer service and they said I have to return to the location nothing went through . Not sure if I will continue to bank with  Bank of America had an unpleasant visit and the branch and on the phone .
