Car was brought into this facility due to needing the back brakes done, the front struts and a new battery. An appointment was made and it was dropped off the night before the appointment by tow truck . The car was not touched for 2 weeks!!!!! When he FINALLY looked at the car, he stated that the spindle needed replacement and that part was no longer made. He then took 4 days to locate and have part dropped off from a junk yard. Then it took him another 2 days to actually fix it. When I questioned him.he lied about the appointment (saying that it never had one). It is unacceptable to have someones car for that long and lack communication skills. He never replaced the struts or the battery (the parts were on the front seat). Then when asked about why, he claimed he didnt know. (There was a note). Not only did he not do the complete job (costing around $600), but it took him markedly longer to complete. Always find a reputable mechanic!! $600 down and still a broken car.

Did like this place.had barake issues on my suv,i knew what was wrong..was there on a Friday Ronnie put it up on the lift,bent the brake indicator back so it would not squeak..i took off and it went right back to squealing..mind you Ronnie told me everything thing was fine brakes were fine.so i call back that Friday and talk to Ronnie,he ohhh ok im gonna half to change them then..made appointment for Monday 8:30...i get there different receptionist,i said im in the books for a appointment at 8:30 to get my brakes done..right off the bat this lady says well you have to leave it,i said why i have a appointment,he knows whats going on.. receptionist says well thats not how we do things here..i said theses a waiting room here right...long story short Ronnie knew i needed something done ..he did not want to deal with it so he just bent my indicator back and said i was good to go...not cool.and i thought i found a decent place..

Ron's the best, he and his team are awesome. Also, the ladies in the office are always nice to deal with, especially Donna in the AM!
