CharterCARE Medical Associates Family Treatment Center

I had an appointment scheduled 2 months in advance. My appointment was for 9am. Got there at 830am, no one was there. Stayed till 915am and STILL no one showed up. Phone kept ringing when I tried to call. I wasted my morning and my appointment which I desperately needed. Horrible practice. I will not return. Get employees that actually show up to work.

Dr Amelia Raimondo is a wonderful neurologist. Ive been to many and shes by far the best! Little to zero wait time. Shes attentive to her patients and answers questions without rush. Highly recommend!

I had a phone appointment with Gina Lombardi, nutritionist. She is awesome! I took all her advice...added ground flax seed to my yogurt, added nutritional flaked yeast to popcorn, etc. Im happy to say Im down 5lbs. I intend to continue on her advice headed to my goal weight. No more Ruffles, but thats ok. She knows her stuff! Thank you Gina!!! Merry Christmas!!!

I have been to this location on two multiple occasions. I work a 8-5 job and get there for their 8 am opening....THEY NEVER ARRIVE FOR 8 am. Its more like when ever they feel like opening 8:30-9 what ever works for them. Its always an excuse... traffic.... rough morning.... one time I was told I could go to another lab if I wanted 8 am.... hello!... these are the hours stated on the door. There is never a number to call to find out when they plan on opening.... I HATE THIS LOCATION FOR CHARTER CARE. So much for convenience!!!!
