        They gave me a chance for a loan for my car I've been with them almost 4 years so far so good and happy

        Their agent over the telephone advised me they would cash written from Chase Bank (for a $10 fee) I drove 30 minutes out of my way to cash the check only to have them refuse to cash the check with zero explanation. This is the definition of bad business and the type of experience I'll share with anybody in regards to negative customer service experiences.

        Went to chase bank in Smithfield to meet with Bruce Reis to open up a account he was very friendly and helpful , had a great conversation with him hes the definition of great customer service going above and Beyond !!! Definitely come to Bruce for all your future needs if your looking for somebody who is gonna care about your banking needs Thanks to all the great staff in Smithfield Chase Bank
