Before Michael walked in to the patient room, the front desk lady told him what type of insurance I had. And once he walked in I Felt like Michael wasnt trying to help me much. I feel like him knowing the type of insurance I had played a part in the service I got. He did put me in the booth to test my hearing but you can see from the left ear I had a problem then my right. When he shows me the screen. He didnt even take the time to test the right ear he got me out so quick. Then just suggest if it continues to decline to go a different ENT doctor. Basically telling me to go elsewhere. I was disappointed with my appointment overall. Sucks that they help us based on your insurance type. I know that played a big part of the reason why I wasnt helped well. Im disappointed overall. I cried afterwards b/c I was made to feel too poor for that facility if it makes sense

Waited 35 minutes, then I walked out. Poor service and didn't care about the wait.
