        Never showed up to tow my vehicle. When I called they said it wasnt on their list but they had confirmed through my roadside assistance app 2 hours earlier. As soon as I hung up with them I got a text saying they had canceled the service.

        Jess auto came to help me with my flat tire, I gave the mechanic, enrique, my lug nut key so he could remove my tire and then he left with my lug nut key and claims he gave it back to me. Dishonest, unprofessional company. Do not use this company for any Road service. Service: Tire change

        BEST TOWING COMPANY IN RHODE ISLAND!!!!! Hands down the best towing company I was stuck on the side of the road and I called them directly and they were there asap. Wonderful service , they knew exactly what they were doing, they let me ride with them back home 10000/10 I strongly recommend Service: Car towing

        The driver I has was very nice and skilled keep me updated throughout my tow I was about to give up hope on AAA because the last few tows Ive had with them have been very bad 5 stars for Jess and his son.

      I’m sorry you feel this way but we do not tow for USAA! We tow for AAA. The cancellation you received was probably by your provider, because we did Not get that job. I hope you work it out with your carrier. Thanks, Jess Auto

      Hi Mike, I’m very sorry you feel this way. Our tow truck driver completed a service to you and did give you your part back. We even went back-and-forth with you through text and phone calls several times for you to locate your part. we’ve searched our vehicle, every inch, our driver swears he gave it back to you. The line of communication has been open. We have been very forthcoming and respectful with you, so I’m very sorry you feel this way. You are the only complaint we’ve had personally with our company for parts, missing or damage done, and through AAA as well. we run a very respectful, professional business and service. We have not once given you the runaround. We have talked to you at every turn, we have not dodged any calls, texts, or concerns. I sincerely hope you locate it.
