She is so positive, knowledgeable, and supportive... she caters to your personal goals and helps you achieve them. Before Nourish to Flourish, I never cooked (ordered takeout and ate what my partner cooked for me), and now I am cooking 4 nights per week and packing nutrient dense lunches and snacks for work each day. This program is so great because it is so sustainable!

Sara's support and encouragement and the 30-day reset solved this. She helped me to create achievable goals that will stick with me.     Sarah has really changed my life. I had a baby 14 months ago. I got to the heaviest weight I have ever been in my life. I was feeling so depleted, self conscious and lost in my weight loss journey. I did not want to be in any pictures. I am an all or nothing kind of a person. I would start a crash diet, restrict everything, workout like crazy for a week, then drop off and go back to binge eating, or quitting the diet completely. I started the Nourish to Florish program, with a friend, with low expectations thinking I would probably quit within a week. I was so wrong. Sarah gave me the tools to look at ingredients and understand what was nutrient dense and what was empty calories. She helped me find recipes that would fit my lifestyle, and that was practical as a mom who has to cook for her family. The biggest help was her hand holding live sessions, where she would patiently encourage, help make easy tweeks to my program and remind me that this was a life change and not a crash diet. She stressed that small incremental changes is what helps us maintain effective long term results. She allowed us to vent about our life stresses, which can impact our eating habits. Joining her program is like having a nutritionist and therapist in one lol. I highly recommend her program. I have slowly and steadily lost 15 pounds. It's been really easy to maintain. This program has really sparked my curiosity about what else the health world has to offer. If you are looking for a program that will change your life through behavior changes, data and encouragement this is the program for you. I highly recommend this as she has so many resources (recipes, tips and tricks) at her disposal.
