        No stars from me, I ordered a scrum helmet for my special needs son. I paid to have it shipped Next Day "ND"...... NEXT DAY SHIPPING!!! FAIL!!!! then I had to down load an app just to track it. Fed Ex said it would be here yesterday, now I go to track it and says tomorrow. So not only is he being delayed to start school- he can't play at recess. Customer service is a darn Joke!!!! Never again -wouldn't let me post until I selected a star- another joke

        I ordered two rugby shirts for a gift on 2/3 to get them in time for 2/10. Their websites indicates orders placed before noon go out that day in most cases, its now 2/7 and I have no tracking information and their customer service basically parrots back their website with no apparent deeper dive in why I dont have a tracking number nor if the items shipped out. Terrible service and communication.

        We have tried to get jerseys and haven't been gotten back to for two weeks now. Plus I called to complain then still didn't get a call or email back from after that. Poor customer service
