The rooms was good, service was extremely respectful and professional but the problem is this hotel gets frequent fire alarms. If you wanna hear a fire alarm go off go to this hotel. LIKE I HAVE ONCE WOKE UP AT 11:00 PM BECAUSE THE FIRE ALARMS WENT OFF ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This hotel needs to remove or at least try to move the smoke detectors in the rooms to a more secure location. If that isnt a good idea please let the guests now that smoking is forbidden and they shouldnt be doing it in the rooms. Also, please fix your microwaves there too powerful. My uncle Pedro once tried microwaving Texas toast for at least 2 minutes, and after like 45 seconds it started to burn and smoke got everywhere in the room and then set off the fire alarms. And also, DO NOT PUT STOVES IN THE ROOMS! That also is the reason why this hotel gets frequent fire alarms.

The location is good, the rooms are decent except for the toilet in our room which we flushed once and it never worked again? Service at front desk was fine also. BUT, my issues pertain to children running up and down the halls all hours of the night, the smoke alarm went off at 3am in someone's room and it took at least 30minutes to resolve, could not get back to sleep, incredible noise with no quiet time ever! Was not restful at ALL and then had to use my son's room across hall to use the bathroom! Never would recommend this place, it's like a party not a place to sleep! I think people are living there and not watching their kids, very sad! Noteworthy details: Noisy all hours and fire alarms and elevator alarms going off all night! Kids running up and down halls in the middle of the night!

Our extended stay at the Extended Stay America in East Providence was an overall quite pleasant experience. The customer service was outstanding!! The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel and hotel rooms were very clean and efficient. We experienced impeccable service during our lengthy stay. Very nice and safe environment. My family and I were very impressed with our overall experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family. In fact, I would rate this hotel a 10. If you or someone you know is looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend the Extended Stay in the East Providence location. Rooms: Rooms are clean and linen is provided. The hotel offers all kitchen pots/pans and pretty much anything g you need that you may have forgotten like toothpaste/toothbrush, soap, lotion.etc. Nearby activities: There are several restaurants nearby and even playgrounds not to far for children. There are trampoline parks in the area for families. Safety: Very safe environment. Walkability: Safe area to walk for exercise outdoors and the hotel offer an exercise room with a TV , treadmill, exercise bike and elliptical for your exercise needs to stay in shape. Food & drinks: The hotel offers complimentary grab and go breakfast/coffee etc. They provide vending machines for snacks and beverages. The hotel is in walking and driving distance to restaurants and convenient stores in the area. Noteworthy details: Clean safe hotel. Impeccable staff service. Clean linens. Staff is available to help 24/7
