Normally don't leave Negative reviews but this case I was unpelled too I set up appointment the week in advance let them know exactly what I was looking for regarding massage facial etc. With no issues, but the day of my appointment. They told me that they do not take care of men. I have no idea what that even means was not even on the website. It would have been nice to be told that I already have it tight schedule into change things around like that at the last minute. It's just not professional. I really hope in the future. This business will will will make necessary changes to let their clients know. What exactly who they service or dont.

Omg what a wonderful spa experience I had. Elena is so great with facial and massage. She has magic hands I felt like my body was on clouds. It was so obvious how much she cares about her clients needs. I highly recommend her. Will definitely book again very soon!

Im not sure if I did something wrong but I booked an appointment online for a mani/pedi at 9 which was accepted. I went to the designated place and I knocked on the door + rang the door bell & she didnt open it. So I called the number which never got answered, but I discovered she had mysteriously cancelled my appointment right after leaving. I was pretty excited to find a new small business to support.
