        Yo estoy muy contenta pq estoy en tramite para un apartamento en este bello lugar gracias a Dios. 2/14/24- After going to the office to leave paperwork, I had an absolutely terrible and appalling experience with Jeanette. I was so excited to start the process, but ended up leaving without accomplishing anything and extremely discouraged. I am very very upset .

        I WENT WITH MY SISTER TOPUT A APPLICATION FOR A 1 BED APARTMENT. THE LADY IN THE RENTAL OFFICE THE NAME JENNETTE TURN HER BACK ON ME AND MY SISTER,SHE REFUSE HELP ME WITH THE APPLICATION, VERY POOR EDUCATION. THEY HAVE TO TAKE THAT LADY FROM

        My Grad Student daughter paid $100 for completing an application.She was informed via TEXT,three days later that they decided to rent the unit to three applicants over her.She requested the lower level apartment as an alternative.She was informed she wasnt selected. I am attempting to get her $100 fee returned.Her credit and prior student housing history are excellent. She was treated very badly. A very unprofessional organization which disrespects and cynically treats potential tenants like faceless commodities to be screwed with. The manager threatened me by suggesting that he would write a bad review on my site, which is located 1200 miles away!
