Inspector Fox was outstandingfrom the first call to the final report. He explained everything to us in terms we could understand, was able to accommodate a requested date for us, and did an incredibly comprehensive inspection. I would use him again and again and will be referring to all our friends and family.

Little late to write a review but Joe and his professional knowledge deserves nothing less than 100 s. I hired him twice, second time for re-inspection after seller fixed few issues that concerned me. His is so knowledgeable in his field so no wonder where all this 5 star reviews came from. He educated me a ton being a first time home buyer and only increased by buying confidence in this house and things to look out in future. Would definitely use his services again and not shy away from recommending him at all! Thank you inspector !
