Jim the owner and project manager contacted me within hours of reporting the claim and kept me informed ever step of the way. He was on site to supervise the clean up and even pitched in himself. The staff were attentive to details. Although communication with the staff was difficult at times, they were hardworking, positive, and thorough. I highly recommend this company! I had a mishap with my toilet upstairs when it overflowed onto my kitchen ceiling on my first floor. While I was on the phone with my insurance company, Rainbows main office was already contacting me. Within a half hour of hanging up after filing my claim, Jim had called me and began the process of stopping by. Jim was friendly, made it a point to ask the person he was currently working with in my town if she knew me and began the call on a friendly note. The next day, (this past Saturday) Jim arrived with Jose' and another gentleman (who was extremely early) and began the process of removing the damaged area of my home. Jose' sensed that my wife was very upset with what had happened but made her feel better by teasing and joking with her. By 4pm the crew had left and cleaned up they best they could (plaster dust is extremely hard to control). I do have to say I am very impressed with their work and hope that the rebuilding process goes as smoothly as the removal of the damaged ceiling and walls did.
