        Careful scammers: My family purchased dog food on 2/29. When no product was received as promised they requested a refund on 3/14 of the $856 they had charged them. On 3/21 they were told a refund was issued on 3/19 with a screen shot showing "proof" of the refund. It is now 4/8 and theyve yet to receive a refund. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEERING CLEAR!

        STEER CLEAR! Purchased nearly $900 of dog food on 2/29. When no product was received as promised, requested a refund on 3/14. On 3/21 was told a refund was issued on 3/19 with a screenshot showing "proof" of the refund. It is now 4/3 and I've yet to receive a refund. Sales person is rude, pushy and unprofessional. Tried to support a local-ish business and instead lost $900.
