My husband and I cannot imagine how the first time home buying process would have been if we hadnt worked with Kate & her incredible team!! Kate listened to every single thing that we had to say before process started, during it, and while we were waiting to conclude it. Along with listening, she went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure that we were always happy, and made every appropriate accommodation when things came up. Prior to buying a house, everyone warned us that the experienced is dreadful, as well as stressful, but Kate did everything in her power to have that not be the case- despite some obstacles that she and her team unexpectedly had to go through for us! She is the most genuine, patient, understanding and incredibly responsive realtor that anyone could ever have. We are so grateful to know her as realtor, as well as a friend, and if we are ever in the market to sell or buy again, there is no DOUBT that we will be using Kate!!! One wordFANTASTIC! Every step of the way Kate was there to answer any questions and guide us through the purchase of our first house. She was extremely knowledgeable and we felt comfortable asking her any questions, no matter how basic.
