I have literal DOZENS of ***unsolicited*** calls and text messages that come through at inappropriate times, either very early or very late. I have NEVER done business with this company. I have NO intention of selling my house. I have asked MULTIPLE times for them to stop contacting me and they just keep coming! This is actually harassment and I am now moving forward with reporting them to every single consumer affairs-related agency I can find, in addition to one-stars on every review platform I can find. I continue to be STUNNED and APPALLED at the audacity of this company to continue harassing me to buy my house that is not, and has never been (since I purchased it) for sale. No means no and consent is key. You cannot have my house. STOP!!! ASKING!!!

James Coggins helped me find my new condo. He has the patience of a saint and a sense of humor as well! I moved from another state to RI where I knew nothing about the towns or area. James and his team made the sale an easy transition and helped me to feel like I am home. Thanks to everyone there for a job well done, above and beyond the call of duty!! James was an absolutely fabulous agent to work with! He is personable, reliable and on top of everything. We had 100% confidence in his ability to help us get into the right house for us. After we went under contract, we worked with Annie on all of the documentation and follow-up prior to and through closing. She was fantastic to work with and was so great with checking in, and following up to make sure we had everything completed on time and in order. I would hands down recommend this team to anyone looking to buy a home. The way the entire process was handled from start to finish was efficient, streamlined and attentive. I cant say enough good things about them!
