Carol was a very unprofessional attorney. My ex husband used her as their attorney and she was very unprofessional. She was constantly late to hearings and her office staff were always very rude on the phone. Horrible at communication and never received documents I was told I would receive. She has no morals and honestly does not listen well. I would advise you to go elsewhere unless you want to hire someone who is constantly late and cant remember dates or numbers.

Disrespectful, condescending, unprofessional. Upon notifying the firm that they're website's "contact us" is inoperable; and that I had contacted them 10 days prior, and left a voice message - the courtesy notification call was met with a negative experience lead by admin staff and JOAN who stated she is a "paralegal". As a homeowner in Cumberland I noticed they are local to me, (and now I see the location, no thanks) they have several positive reviews, so I did want a consultation on a legal issue. Now I also see these reviews are mostly probate, real estate closings, and a Christmas party? No, no, no, not for me anyhow. Moving forward I recommend you get a handle on your customer facing employees with professional training, and hire a better IT company - or just hire one. But I most definitely do not need to be disrespected. Bad energy, bad vibes, no way.

Had a great time at the holiday open house. Be sure to let us know who's door won the decorating contest. PMC is our go to real estate office for honesty, thoroughness and outstanding service. Oh and Charlene makes AMAZING DESSERTS
