        Terrible service. Had to wait 40 min for someone to help us. And when they finally did. The real estate agent / tax professional Braulio Diaz was being very unprofessional. He keep on going on to his phone texting instead of helping us finish filling the tax return. He kept on going back and forth on his phone to text his other real estate business. After we told him if he can hurry up to finish the filling. He said I am a real estate agent as well. I have a lot of other business to take care of. The comments was so arrogant. And unprofessional when dealing with clients in front of you. We left without finishing the tax filed . Would not recommend anyone to do business with this person or this firm.
