Out of all the home viewings I've been to the past couple of months, this was the worst experience I've had. I had no idea a seller's agent could be so outright rude and unhelpful that it would completely dissuade me from considering putting an offer on a home. I felt my partner and I were completely discounted due to our age and not taken seriously. I am honestly still in shock about the way we were treated and it truly dampened both our spirits as first time homebuyers.

We bought a house from somebody that Joe Pytka was the realtor for. We were promised that the shed would be cleaned out, we were promised that the refrigerator was in working condition, and we were also promised that all of the furniture in the basement would be properly removed of. Not only was the shed completely filled with garbage and miscellaneous furniture that WE had to pay to get rid of, but the furniture in the basement also was not disposed of and the fridge stopped working literally the same day that we bought the house. He also never came back to pick up the signs, would constantly pull his mask down while we were in the meetings, and was overall just the most unprofessional real estate agent Ive ever had a different pleasure of meeting. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not work with him!!! he is shady and sneaky and left us with a broken refrigerator and almost $300 worth of disposal fees to get rid of the stuff that HE promised would be taken out of the house before the move-in date. We did the final walk-through and he once again promise that it would be removed that same day and thats the only reason we signed on the house. If I had known what a sneaky manipulative agent he was I never would have bought from him. the house also had small piles of junk all over the place, in the bathroom, on the counter, all of it. When my wife asked questions he was sexist and condescending and implied that my wife was stupid because she didnt know if we had to pay for the trash or if the state paid for it. Im entirely disappointed and cannot say one good thing about my experience.
