worst medical office ever!!! after waiting a month for them to see me and plan my time around booking an appointment they tell me I have to wait another month to schedule because the doctor doesnt work half the week and the new secretary doesnt know how to answer the phone. Now, I wait another month to schedule something and they tell me the doctor is on vacation for 3 weeks. Its a terrible thing to have to wait to be seen for a medical issue and you get the same run around for 3 months while the doctor collects your money just to be on vacation half the time!! safe to say, Ill be getting a new doctor.

I love my Dr.Nevel she has been my doctor for over 10 years and I never had any problems with her nor her staff I Can not understand some of these comments love her.

I had an appt w/ Dr Nevel for a pap smear and when she came I told her I was also having another problem too, she checked and said there was no problem and left.....I never received the Pap smear I went there for. Either she just forgot or was in a hurry to get to her next patient I will never know. I felt she was just biding time to retirement.
