I had called a bunch of places looking for a specific product, I was given the number to this place. The company is located on the back end of a building with what seems to be hardware that the company uses.
Arriving around lunchtime, the place appeared to be closed. Though, the building looks like a small, technical operation, meaning a specialized but small crew works there.
Shortly after I placed the call, I was called back, the employee was helpful and friendly!
Protip: the best way of getting in contact, from my experience, was a phone call and leaving a message. At that point, all you have to do is wait, and the answer will come to you
