        Cindy Kolenda aka Cynthia is a piece of work. Never been spoke to so rudely by a town official by asking questions. She asked who are you like WOW who do you think you are speaking to people like that? Like I can understand if youre having a bad day but when I asked if I was the one being rude or if I offended her, she had said no youre not being rude yet offered no apologies for her disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional tone. I honestly feel bad for her clearly she has deep rotted issues that have nothing to do with me but a professional should NEVER speak to people like that at work. Dont work with the public if you are miserable bitter old women. Cranston you have A LOT of work to do to improve and I highly suggest you start with replacing a unethical women Cindy Kolenda.
