Went to Sally's today Cranston .the girl wasn't very friendly found my product I've been buying there for years at $13.49 to find out it's $31.00 all set disgusting and gouging. Checked on line Amazon and Walgreens 13.49 going to pick up at Walgreen s tomorrow. Girl asked u want to open a credit card .no thanks not at your prices..

i've had mostly 4-5 star experiences here until tonight. store closes at 8pm, i knew exactly what i wanted 4 single items i hesitated on getting the last time i shopped here literally 2 days ago. i dye my hair often, i wouldn't consider myself a "regular" but this is the store i purchase my hair care products at.. 7:51pm i walk into the store and before i'm even through the door, the associate behind the register (with two upper lip piercings) barks at me "card only! we close in 5!" ... okay ... i apologize to her & quickly grab my things. my roommate who was parking the car, not purchasing anything, just coming to see if i found what i was looking for, got the door locked in their face by the other associate working. my roommate motioned that they were with me and reluctantly the door was opened. we left immediately following my CARD transaction, got into our cars & watched the two employees then deny another customer service all before 7:55pm. As someone who has worked retail management for the last 5 years of my life, i highly recommend finding staff who can do their job until it's actually over. likely not returning.
