Representatives that answers the phones, would definitely benefit from customer service training. I called with a couple general questions and the rep was very rude. As a potential new customer, this was definitely a deterrent. Consider a career change if youre that miserable or even a vacation.

This place is just awful on so many levels. I used to be a member here and their hours of operation are terrible. They are rude and uncompromising in so many areas. Their online banking practically doesnt exist. Also today I went in to exchange smaller bills to big ones and they decide to tell me that their services are for members only. When I literally was in there yesterday to do the same transaction. Money is money I thought. Wont be back here ever again not even for shared branching.

Definitely my worst banking experience.. when I first signed up for my account the supervisor was demoralizing the staff just below here and making it uncomfortable to continue to open the account but I was already sitting with the banker but I should have followed my gut.. They dont have your best interest in mind because I had thousands of dollars in one account and they kept telling me the wrong number that I needed in my checking which led them to keep charging my account without just pulling money from another account or letting me know. But they do call you to see if your enjoying your service lol. Gl here
